Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Nicole Nocera, a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) with 10 years of clinical training, education, and experience. My holistic approach to therapy focuses on restoring balance in both mind and body by using a wide range of interventions to meet your unique needs. I specialize in supporting adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, work stress/burnout, relationship stress, and neurodiverse brain styles. I currently accept Aetna, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, and Carelon insurance.

My approach to therapy

Compassion, honesty, and fairness guide my life and work. I’m dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges with empathy and evidence-based care. I can offer a comfortable space to help you move toward what supports your growth and let go of what might be holding you back. Creating an inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive space is central to my practice. All people are welcome.

What you can expect from me

Thank you for taking the time to explore how therapy can support your mental and physical well-being. While starting therapy may feel new or uncertain, it can be deeply rewarding. My goal is to make the onboarding process as easy as possible. Therapy begins with an intake session where I gather information about you. Next, we collaboratively identify your treatment goals and then move forward learning coping strategies that best meet your needs. Please visit my website bewellmentalhealth.net and complete the New Patient Request Form to get started.
