Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Nicole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I'm glad that you have chosen to pursue therapy. I specialize in helping my clients process their difficult emotions, build self-compassion, and develop practical strategies for long-lasting change. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, life changes, or struggling with your own identity, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I provide affirming, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating identity, life transitions, and complex emotions. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. I support clients in understanding how thoughts impact behavior while building self-compassion and emotional resilience. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your lived experience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as you’d like—this is your space. I’ll also gather some history and begin to identify goals collaboratively.
