Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Nicole Ostrowski and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a varied background, providing therapy to diverse groups since 2014.

I have supported individuals throughout various life stages and transitions including school aged children transitioning from one grade level to the next, teenagers navigating uncharted territories, college students planning for their future, supporting parents navigate parenthood, aging parents, end of life decision making and much more. For over a decade, I have worked to support adolescents, their teachers and parents in a school setting by providing therapy to students in school and helping parents navigate parenting challenges and educational support. I have worked with children from the age of 4 all the way up to young adults in college and adults navigating the challenges life can throw our way.

My primary work revolves around supporting the whole family unit, whether that be providing marital or family therapy, supporting parents who are navigating parenting challenges or challenges children may be experiencing at home or school. I enjoy working with pre-teens, teens and young adults helping to support them as they transition from adolescence to adulthood and all of the big decisions that come with it.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy begins with a meaningful connection- the foundation of therapy lies in building strong relationships to foster trust, support and growth. When we work together I feel its important that you feel empowered heard and supported.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I start where you are. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing, being vulnerable, and empowered to work towards your therapy goals, making impactful changes in your life.
