With close to 30 years of experience, providing direct services in a variety of settings, I deliver a safe, non-judgmental, comfortable environment for you to share life experiences. From your initial contact, my goal is to collaborate with you to create a plan where you can feel empowered and work towards restoring balance in your life.

Simply stated, my approach is to start where you want to begin. I provide therapy without an agenda; this enables us to work together on what we feel is most important. I have extensive training in a variety of approaches i.e., cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, solution-focused, client-centered modalities. I will match my professional knowledge with your specific needs.
