Great to meet you!

Mental health is personal to me. Growing up, I watched family members navigate mental health struggles, and I saw firsthand how much the right care — and the right provider — can change someone's life. That experience never left me, and it's what drives my commitment to making quality psychiatric care accessible to everyone across Missouri. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over six years of experience in emergency and inpatient psychiatric care. I am currently a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Candidate with research focused on the intersection of physical and mental health. I specialize in compassionate medication management for teens and adults, helping my clients move from a state of survival to one of lasting empowerment. I am proud to offer a safe, affirming space for all, including the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach to therapy

I approach care as a true team effort. That means I'm not here to talk at you — I'm here to work with you. I'm direct, so you'll always know where we stand and what the plan looks like, but I lead with compassion first. I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to medication management. Rather than just treating symptoms, I work to bridge the gap between your physical and mental health. At Revive and Thrive Wellness, I focus on the individual behind the diagnosis, ensuring that 'labels' don’t define your potential. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel heard and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your history and goals to create a clear, collaborative treatment plan. You can expect a supportive partnership where your concerns are prioritized and your questions are answered. My aim is for you to leave with a sense of clarity and the clinical tools needed to regain control and truly thrive. I am currently booking intake appointments for my practice launch starting May 26, 2026. Please note: While I partner with Headway for insurance, my practice policies include a $100 fee for follow-up no-shows and a $200 fee for initial evaluation no-shows (not covered by insurance). Self-pay rates are $300 for intakes and $150 for follow-ups. A full policy will be sent via PracticeQ prior to our session.
