Nicole Passaretti

Hi! My name is Nicole and I have a background that began in pediatrics and grew into a lifelong passion for helping people navigate mental health challenges across all stages of life. After more than 20 years of experience in nursing, including psychiatry and emergency medicine, I went on to earn my Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Binghamton University and a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from Monroe University. My work has spanned inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, women, and veterans. I believe in creating a compassionate, collaborative space where each person feels heard, understood, and empowered to work toward healing and balance.

My experiences in psychiatry have strengthened my commitment to making mental health care accessible, compassionate, and individualized for people of all ages. I take a holistic, collaborative approach, combining evidence-based treatment with empathy and education, to help clients better understand themselves, find balance, and build lasting well-being.

In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard. I believe treatment works best when it is collaborative because your insight and perspective are essential in shaping a plan that fits your needs and goals. My hope is that every client leaves feeling empowered as an active participant in their care, with a clear understanding of the next steps toward healing and balance.
