Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Nicole! I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem, and I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs. My goal is to help you gain practical tools, build resilience, and create lasting change so you can move forward with greater confidence and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach is personalized, collaborative, and focused on helping you uncover the root of what's keeping you stuck. I use evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Reality Therapy, to help identify unhelpful patterns, build healthier ways of thinking, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, attachment issues, or life transitions, we'll work together to build practical tools, strengthen resilience, and help you move toward the life you want. For clients who request it, I also offer faith-based counseling that thoughtfully integrates biblical principles into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll explore what brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and identify the patterns or challenges that may be keeping you stuck. My priority is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that equips you with practical tools and a clear path toward meaningful, lasting change.
