I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College in the State of New York, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY and FL. I have extensive experience with dual diagnoses including co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I additionally have significant experience counseling individuals through various life transitions. I have extensive experience working with family conflict and am certified in alternative dispute resolution techniques.

I believe each person is unique, and that we all heal and grow differently. Whether you believe in clinical therapy or holistic therapy, I integrate a wide array of therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. I am also certified as a first-degree level Reiki practitioner.
