Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Nicole I am a Licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW). I obtained a Master of Social Work from Indiana University.I enjoy working with teens, adults, and families in a wide range of ages.

My approach to therapy

I have a wide variety of experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, self-harm/ suicidal ideation, substance/ alcohol use, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, developmental disabilities, and more. I also have training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based approaches, and dual disorders of substance use/ mental health.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will build rapport and get to know each other. Great therapy begins with a great therapeutic alliance. I will get a knowledge base of your goals for therapy. We will discuss some baseline items and begin to prepare our foundation of work together.
