Great to meet you!

So glad you're here!

I am a licensed psychologist, specializing in anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and performance psychology. Over the past ten years, I've worked in college mental health, and assisted clients in their journey towards a better understanding of patterns keeping them stuck, while building practical tools to feel more grounded, flexible, confident, and connected in their daily lives. Whether you're hoping to improve athletic performance, struggling with anxiety/perfectionism, concerned about your relationship with food and dieting behavior, or just simply feel 'stuck' - I'd love to connect to see if working together might be a fit for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I strive to create a space where people feel validated, supported, and curious about their current stuck points, rather than self-critical for having them. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you move through challenges in more workable ways, with greater clarity and self-compassion!

What you can expect from me

In your first session, I aim to understand your goals, what brought you to therapy at this particular time, and work together to better understand current stuck points and barriers to change. Compassion can sometimes be challenging to cultivate for ourselves. My hope is that, after our initial session, we'll begin to understand and experience how compassion and curiosity can facilitate flexibility and, ultimately, change.
