Nicole Ray

I graduated from Byrn Mawr College with a Masters of Social Service degree. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience as a Psychotherapist. I work with individuals of all ages but have primarily worked with adolescents and adults from all walks of life.

My area of focus is working with those impacted by trauma. I have a great deal of experience treating anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, career/life balance, relationship issues, grief and loss as well as working with clients experiencing general life transitions which can feel overwhelming at times. I believe in the power of mind-body connection and I incorporate many wellness components in my practice.

I provide a warm and inviting environment where no one is judged, and everyone is free to heal and explore themselves in their own time. The therapeutic relationship is the best indicator of effective outcomes for clients. Therefore, I focus on building relationships with emotional safety, comfort and trust. I offer a collaborative process with my clients to empower them to heal the areas of their life in which they struggle and wish to see change.
