Great to meet you!

Now accepting new patients with little to no wait. Hi, I’m Nicole, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Zion Mind Health & Wellness. I created this practice with a clear purpose—to offer thoughtful, unrushed, and personalized mental health care in a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, sleep concerns, and mood disorders. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based care, combining medication management with practical, real-life strategies that help you feel better—not just in theory, but in your day-to-day life.

I believe mental health care should never feel rushed or impersonal. Every person has a unique story, and I take the time to understand yours so we can create a plan that truly fits you. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, my goal is to help you regain clarity, confidence, and a sense of control.

Above all, I strive to create a judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable being open and honest. This is your space—and I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward feeling your best.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is grounded in evidence-based practice, clear communication, and collaboration. I take time to understand the full picture—your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, stressors, and goals. I combine this information with clinical guidelines to create a treatment plan that is both safe and effective.

You can expect explanations that are straightforward, medication decisions that are conservative and thoughtful, and a focus on long-term wellness rather than quick fixes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through what brings you in, your history, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope to feel or change. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can share openly at your own pace.

I’ll explain everything as we go—what I’m assessing, how medications work, and what different treatment paths might look like. You’ll never be pushed into a medication or plan you’re not comfortable with. Together, we’ll create a customized plan that feels right for you.
