Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, relationship challenges, psychosis, and major life transitions. I have both life experience and clinical experience supporting people across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum and from diverse backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. I utilize CBT, Behavioral Activation Therapy, and DBT principles to help clients better understand patterns, manage stress, and build practical coping skills. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered while recognizing the strengths and progress you may overlook in yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to share what’s bringing you to therapy at your own pace in a supportive and judgment-free environment. We’ll discuss your current challenges, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy while beginning to build a strong therapeutic relationship. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start.
