Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a safe space where clients feel heard and accepted for who they are. I approach clients with compassion, understanding, and without judgement. I recognize that everyone has unique experiences, needs, goals, and strengths. For me, building a genuine and trusting relationship is an important part of the therapeutic process. I want my clients to feel that they can be open and honest while knowing that I’m there to support them. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to identify goals, explore challenges, and find tools and strategies that can make life feel more manageable.

My approach to therapy

I have experience as a school social worker, working with students from kindergarten through eighth grade and supporting them with a variety of social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. My experience has allowed me to develop strong clinical skills in assessment, crisis intervention, individual support, family collaboration, and connecting clients with appropriate resources. I have also worked in an inpatient hospital setting with individuals of all ages, providing support during times of significant emotional and mental health challenges. These experiences have strengthened my ability to build therapeutic relationships, listen with empathy, identify client strengths and needs, and provide individualized interventions. As I transition into therapy, I am excited to build on this foundation and continue supporting clients in a more focused therapeutic setting, helping them develop coping skills, gain insight, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to walk alongside my clients, helping them recognize their strengths, build confidence, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
