Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Massachusetts with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and have worked across a range of settings — including community mental health, hospital-based care, and private practice — giving me a broad perspective on the many ways mental health intersects with daily life.

Throughout my career, I have worked with adults, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and stress related to work and identity. I am committed to creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based frameworks, tailoring my methods to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership — you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you access your own resilience and clarity.

I integrate mindfulness techniques and psychoeducation into our work when appropriate, and I am attentive to how culture, identity, and life context shape each person's experience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is primarily a chance to get to know each other. I'll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping to work toward — but there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with right away. By the end of our first meeting, we'll have a clearer sense of your goals and how we might work together. Many clients tell me they leave the first session feeling a sense of relief just from having a space to talk openly.
