Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Nicole Rivero, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist with a master’s in Art Therapy from Florida State University. I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, and life transitions, using evidence-based therapy and creative tools to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more balanced.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on helping you feel seen, safe, and supported. I blend evidence-based therapy with creative and expressive techniques, including art therapy, to help you process emotions, understand yourself more deeply, and build practical tools for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any questions you have. I’ll also share how I work so we can create a plan that feels supportive, personalized, and doable.
