Nicole Robinson

I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. I possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, and I am a Clinical Supervisor. I have been a therapist for over 10 years. I primarily work with women ages 18+. I consider the whole person that I am working with and I understand that a single approach may not work for everyone. I am a strong proponent of talk therapy, and I use various techniques that are rooted in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, SFT. I am affirming, empowering, and direct. I have a strong passion for talking about tough issues, sharing helpful strategies, instilling hope, facilitating emotional healing, and helping you to rediscover your strength.

I can't promise that you will feel good after every session. I can be certain that you will feel heard, that you will feel supported, that you will feel challenged, and that you will have skills and/or strategies in order to be the healthy and whole version of yourself that you envision in your therapy goals.
