Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Nicole, and I am here to guide you to work through your past, current and future you to be your best self. You'll take the driver's seat and I'll take the passenger seat to help you reach your destination.

I have had my fair share of struggles, and I offer a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental space to process any and everything.

I completed my Master's in Counseling from the University of St. Thomas and have worked in inpatient, outpatient, community and private practice.

My approach to therapy

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. I have also completed advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused therapy.

Nothing is cookie cutter, as we are all unique and I will customize all treatment to meet individual needs.

I work with populations from 12 years and older. I enjoy working with teenage clients, adults and elderly populations. I also have a special place in my heart for working with LGTBQ+ populations. My door is open to share anything.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide you with the skills to process difficult emotions. I will create a safe space to open your mind in overcoming any challenges to help you approach your life in healthy way.
