Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with those who are connected to the healthcare system in some way, either as a patient, caregiver, or provider. If your life or relationship has been touched by a chronic or life-limiting illness, we'll work together to help clarify what matters the most to you to help you reconnect to yourself. I also facilitate support groups for people struggling with some of life's most difficult transitions, such as grief and loss, becoming a caregiver, or coping with a serious illness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I work with each person or couple to understand their unique story. I have experience working with people who are affected by cancer, brain tumors, dementia, diabetes, other serious illnesses, or people who are grieving. I also have specialized training in couples therapy.

What you can expect from me

We'll start by discussing what what brings your life joy and meaning, and work from there! Your goals, preferences, and priorities will be the main focus of each session.
