Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in medical and school social work. I've supported people through life-changing medical conditions, ADHD, autism, learning differences, anxiety, and emotional regulation challenges, offering a collaborative, nonjudgmental space to feel heard and build real change.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and strengths-based, trauma-informed care, drawing on 20 years across crisis management, behavioral challenges, and emotional regulation. Together we will build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and work through what feels stuck, whether that is ADHD, anxiety, school-related stress, or a health or life transition. I bring a patient, direct, and compassionate style, pairing honest feedback with real warmth, and believes a collaborative, active approach makes lasting change more likely.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will explore what is bringing you to therapy and start identifying your goals together. I will ask about your history, current concerns, and what has or has not helped before. The session is collaborative and structured, so you can also get a feel for whether my style fits you, and you will leave with initial steps toward change based on your needs and priorities.
