Great to meet you!

My name is Nicole and I have 9 years of experience working with a variety of populations. At times, it can be difficult to enjoy even the littlest of things in life due to the negative emotions (fear, hopelessness, anxiety, etc.) that we experience. With me, you will be provided with a safe, non-judgmental and accepting environment. Our time together will be used to process what you are struggling with. You will get my unconditional support in navigating management of these emotions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. I focus on helping people who struggle with basic life stressors, communication issues, relationship problems and substance use. I specialize in anxiety/depression/psychotic disorders and personality disorders. I utilize both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectal Behavior Therapy Techniques.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or trauma related to their relationships or childhood experiences. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaboratively develop a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you overcome challenges you may be facing.
