Great to meet you!

I help adults who look like they’re managing everything on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted on the inside.

I work with adults who feel stressed, burned out, or stuck in unhelpful thought patterns—especially those who spend much of their time caring for others. Many of my clients appear to have it all together, but inside, they feel drained or anxious.

I support what’s often called the “worried well”—people who are functioning in daily life but want healthier ways to cope, grow, and feel more balanced. With over 24 years in a helping educational field, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. I believe mental health isn’t about fixing yourself, but about understanding your patterns, learning healthier responses to stress, and developing greater compassion for yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and build realistic tools to manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions. I focus on small, intentional changes that can create meaningful, lasting shifts over time.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what’s been weighing on you, and explore what you hope to gain from therapy. It’s also an opportunity to decide whether we feel like a good fit—finding the right therapist matters, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the person who will be your listening ear and support. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
