Great to meet you!

Humanistic therapist integrating mind, body, and spirit for whole-person healing. EMDR and Brainspotting trained to release trauma from the deep brain. You already have the power to heal-I'm here to help you unlock it

My approach to therapy

I am client-centered and humanistic, creating a safe, compassionate space for healing. I integrate EMDR and Brainspotting to help clients process trauma, reduce distress, and build resilience through self-awareness, empowerment, and mind-body connection.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about the challenges you’re currently facing, your goals for therapy, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out right away. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the start. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels realistic, collaborative, and aligned with your goals.

For families and parents, the first session may also include discussing family dynamics, communication patterns, behavioral concerns, and ways to support healthy emotional development at home.
