Great to meet you!

I have been blessed to be able to work in a helping profession for over 20 years now since graduating with my MSW from Rutgers University in 2003. I feel that my purpose in life is to use my education and experience to help those who are in pain or are struggling to cope with life circumstances. I can’t wait to meet you and get started on a healing journey!

My approach to therapy

I have previous experience working with children and families, adolescents, and adults. I use an integrative and creative approach to therapy, because everyone deserves treatment catered to them as an individual. These methods include CBT, spiritual psychology, mindfulness, and solution-focused.

What you can expect from me

By the end of our time together, my goal is that you will feel heard and understood, free from intrusive thoughts of past experiences or unworthiness, and capable of identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and actions in order to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors.
