Great to meet you!

I am experienced at treating a wide range of mental health conditions across the lifespan using evidence based practice strategies. I enjoy helping patients learn effective strategies to reduce symptoms and improve their overall health and well being.

Outside of work I enjoys spending time with my husband and our two children, running, cross country skiing, reading, and traveling.

My approach to therapy

I apply evidence based treatment strategies from cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help clients learn skills and strategies to support symptom reduction and to improve overall health and well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for me as the provider to conduct a thorough assessment of a client's treatment needs and treatment goals in order to create a mutually agreed upon treatment plan. This is also a great opportunity for clients to address any questions about the therapy process or about my practice policies/procedures.
