Nicole Sielsky

I'm Nicole a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor based in Altamonte Springs, FL, with a master's in Counseling from Barry University. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, relational challenges, life transitions, and personal growth — and bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. Diagnosed with ADHD later in life myself, I deeply understand the journey of discovering your own strengths and building a life that works for you, not against you.

My approach is integrative and multicultural, shaped by my upbringing in a large Latin and American family and a deep sensitivity to how identity, culture, and systemic influences shape the way we think, feel, and heal. I draw on CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered methods to help clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, process emotions, and build resilience. A cornerstone of my work is embracing nuance — holding space for complexity, normalizing conversations that often go unspoken, and recognizing that healing rarely lives in a straight line.

Therapy with me is collaborative by design. I co-create treatment plans tailored to each person's goals, pace, and values — whether that means establishing routines, managing symptoms, coping with past trauma, or navigating experiences with the judicial system. I bring humor, kindness, and accountability into the room, because I believe that laughter and lightness can be powerful tools alongside the hard work of growth. My aim is simple: to help you recognize your own "superpowers" and use them to build the life you want.
