Great to meet you!

I work with teens and young adults who are tired of feeling on edge, overthinking everything, and caught in patterns they can’t seem to break. You might find yourself second-guessing your decisions, questioning your worth, or repeating patterns that leave you feeling drained or not enough.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, panic, or the impact of past experiences—whether that’s a single moment that shook you or patterns that have built up over time. When trauma is part of the picture, I incorporate EMDR to help your brain and body process those experiences so they no longer feel as intense or stuck.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, we don’t just talk about what’s wrong—we figure out why these patterns are happening and how to actually shift them. I help you untangle negative beliefs, understand your responses, and build tools that make a real difference in your day-to-day life and relationships. I often incorporate ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) for anxiety.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. You don’t have to show up with the “right words” or have it all figured out. If you’re ready for things to feel different, I’d love to help you get there. My listed hours may not reflect all available appointment times. Please feel free to contact me to discuss additional scheduling options.
