Great to meet you!

If you’ve been carrying it all, showing up for everyone else while quietly unraveling inside, maybe stuck in survival mode, or on autopilot, this space is where you get to exhale.

My name is Nicole and I am a Black queer therapist. I specialize working with BIPOC Millennial and Gen Z women who struggle to choose themselves. This may look like people pleasing, codependency, and inconsistent or maybe even non existent boundaries.

My approach to therapy

I’m not here to fix you. I trust that you already hold the answers. I’m just here to guide the return back to self. My approach is intuitive, trauma-informed, and soul-centered. I’ll meet you with truth, reflection, and call out patterns that are no longer serving you. Healing isn’t just mental; it’s mind, body, and soul work.

What you can expect from me

This is your space to process, unpack, breathe, and show up authentically you! We’ll laugh, reflect, cuss, and cry. I'll share some hard truths. Some sessions may include intuitive and somatic tools at my discretion and with your consent. I'll give you real world homework that will allow you to practice what you've processed. I’ll gently guide you back to your own voice. Over time, our work together may help you build and honor your boundaries, trust and lean on your intuition, and feel more grounded in your life and who you are.

It's time to unlearn, learn, and evolve into your highest self. Are you ready to show up? Even if you're scared or uncertain, I'll meet you where you are. I'll walk alongside you.
