I have my masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and my undergraduate degree in Sociology and Spanish. I am also able to provide therapy in Spanish. I have spent a lot of my life overseas and welcome all cultures and identities. I will do my best to learn and help you in a culturally sensitive way.

As a Marriage and Family therapist, I believe in the power of relationships to build up or break down. I view mental health through the lens of attachment styles and strive to help clients develop a more secure attachment with themselves and others.
