Great to meet you!

I’m a counselor who is passionate about walking alongside people through life’s challenges. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families as they navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself—where you’re heard, understood, and supported without judgment. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the strength and resilience of the human spirit, and I consider it an honor to help clients discover that strength within themselves as they take steps toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Bowen Family Systems to address both present struggles and underlying patterns. This allows me to help clients develop practical coping skills while also exploring deeper family, relational, and emotional dynamics. I emphasize collaboration, values-based living, and building emotional resilience, meeting clients wherever they are in their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with both immediate tools they can use in daily life and a growing sense of clarity about themselves and their relationships. My goal is to help you gain practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen your ability to navigate challenges with confidence. Over time, clients often notice a deeper sense of self-awareness, healthier boundaries, and an ability to move forward aligned with their values and goals. Above all, you can expect a space where you feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow at your own pace.
