Great to meet you!

Hi, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and a healthy dose of humor. I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—and that even the hardest work can come with moments of lightness and relief. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build insight, resilience, and real, lasting change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or just feeling stuck—I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and a belief that growth is always possible (and sometimes even fun).

I am a level 2 trauma specialist. I work with all kinds of trauma. I have been working with the veteran population for the past few years.

I love helping all my patients reach their goals while using a healthy dose of fun and laughter. Looking forward to working with you!
