Specializes in

Anxiety, Cultural & Ethnic Issues, LGBTQIA+, Relationship Issues, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I have completed advanced training in somatic practices, yoga, mindfulness, anxiety, and trauma/traumatic processing work; all of my practices are trauma-informed. I am also a 300+ hr certified yoga teacher and have focused training in therapeutic yin & restorative yoga practices. My integrative style is typically focused on understanding your behaviors, acceptance, self-compassion, and mindfulness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practices are rooted in anti-oppressive, culturally responsive decolonized approaches to care. My work is centered on facilitating therapy in ways that won't always look like: sitting and talking. It involves feeling, moving, and doing. Noticing, and questioning. It involves self-study and silence. And... some talking.

What you can expect from our first session
