I hold a Doctorate in Counselor Education from Texas Southern University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 19 years of experience. I work with children, teens, young adults, older adults, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges and achieve personal and emotional growth. My specialties include Anxiety and Stress Management, Depression, Trauma and PTSD, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Personal Growth, and Wellness.
