I hold a Doctorate in Counseling Education and Supervision from the University of Holy Cross New Orleans. Over the past 11 years, I've worked in diverse settings, including community mental health centers, private practice and the justice system, which has enriched my experience in addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
I provide trauma-informed therapy in a supportive and safe space free of judgement and full of warmth and empathy. My approach recognizes the whole person and integrates evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Experiential and Mindfulness.
