Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nicole Villegas, LCSW and founder of Allay Therapy PLLC. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.

Many clients come to me feeling externally composed while internally overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. Therapy offers a space to slow down and no longer carry it all alone.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I integrate EMDR, CBT-informed, and somatic approaches to support emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change.

I don’t believe therapy is about fixing people—it’s about creating space to reconnect with yourself and shift what no longer serves you.

Allay the noise. Return to yourself.

My approach to therapy

I provide trauma-informed, collaborative therapy that integrates CBT-informed strategies, EMDR, and somatic approaches. My work centers on supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm—especially when life looks managed on the outside but feels heavy within.

Sessions are paced to meet you where you are, creating space to slow down, build emotional regulation, deepen insight, and gently shift patterns that no longer serve you.

All services are offered in English and Spanish.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space for us to begin getting to know you, what’s been feeling difficult, and what you’re hoping to change through therapy.

We’ll talk through your current concerns, relevant history, and any symptoms you’ve been experiencing. If needed, we may also complete brief assessments and discuss whether a diagnosis is appropriate.

Together, we will begin identifying what support may look like for you and outline initial goals for therapy, so the work feels focused, intentional, and tailored to your needs.
