Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging, and having a safe, supportive space to process experiences and create change can make a meaningful difference. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience, I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.

My background includes private practice, schools, child welfare, forensic social work, community mental health, and military support services. I have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, family concerns, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy is not about changing who you are—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, developing healthier ways of coping, and creating a life that feels more fulfilling. We'll focus on your strengths and how to build upon them.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is mostly me getting to know you. I'll ask about what brought you here, what's been challenging and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have everything figured out — we'll move at a pace that feels right. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of how I work and we'll start building a plan that's actually tailored to your life.
