Great to meet you!

I'm Nicole Weant, a licensed clinical social worker in midtown Phoenix, just steps away from the 'gayborhood.' I specialize in OCD, ADHD, PTSD (including religious trauma and faith deconstruction), and complex relationship or attachment issues. I have additional training in sex and couples counseling, IFS, and personality disorders. I'm a Certified A.R.T. (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) practitioner, using bilateral stimulation to help resolve trauma and anxietyquickly in just a few sessions. My background also includes ministry qualifications, which uniquely position me to support people healing from religious trauma or navigating a shift in faith. I work with individuals ready to move past emotional uncertainty and stuck patterns toward a more aligned, resilient life.

My approach to therapy

I create a non-judgmental space where no topic is off-limits — from personality disorders to sex-positive and kink-allied support. My approach blends evidence-based modalities like A.R.T. and IFS with a focus on breaking negative patterns. I help clients move from feeling stagnant to living more authentically. Each treatment is tailored to what each client actually needs, whether that's trauma reprocessing, OCD-specific interventions, or working through relationship and attachment issues. Above all, I believe finding the right therapist is about fit — I want you to feel safe, seen, and empowered in our work together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session starts with a free 15-minute intro call so we can get a feel for whether we're the right match — because therapy only works when the vibes are right. From there, our first full session focuses on understanding what brought you to therapy, your history, and examining what patterns are holding you back from living your best life. We'll decide on an approach together, and determine if specialized interventions might fit your goals. The real work will happen outside the therapy room, where you'll start shaping a path toward the resilient, authentic life you're looking for. You can expect warmth, directness, and zero judgment, regardless of what brings you into the room.
