Great to meet you!

If you are carrying the weight of trauma, navigating the depression and anxiety, please know that you don't have to walk this path alone. Together, we will create a warm, safe, and judgment-free space to explore your unique relationship concerns and gently guide you through life's complex transitions. I am deeply committed to honoring your true self, helping you unpack your identity, and exploring the core values that bring genuine meaning to your life. Wherever you are on your journey today, I see you, I affirm who you are, and I am so glad you're here.

My approach to therapy

I truly have a passion for the work that I do and value the connections I make with my clients. My clients describe me as kind, warm, and genuinely invested in their healing process. I honor my clients’ experiences and their willingness to include me in their journey of self awareness and improved wellbeing. I utilize a variety of clinical approaches in my work and believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients.

What you can expect from me

Counseling offers the opportunity to prioritize your wellbeing and learn about yourself and the version of you you’d like to realize. Growth can be uncomfortable at times, and I work side by side with my clients to support them along their journey. There are so many spaces where we feel judged or scrutinized and my goal is to create a safe environment where clients can show up exactly as they are without fear of judgment.
