Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nicole, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Provider (LSATP) with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology and have worked with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges.

I specialize in working with teens, college students and

adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use. I am also passionate about supporting women through major life shifts, including boundary work, identity changes, and wellness-related concerns.

My approach is practical, supportive, and direct. I provide a safe space where you can be honest, gain clarity, and develop tools you can actually use in your daily life.

Many of my clients are used to being strong for others but are now feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Together, we focus on building healthier boundaries, improving communication, and creating balance.

If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to support you.

My approach to therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Eclectic/Integrative Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • ACT

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a space that feels both safe and real. I’m not the therapist who just nods—I’m engaged, present, and genuinely interested in understanding you.

We’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy, but there’s no pressure to have it all figured out. You can come in overwhelmed, unsure, or even a little guarded, and that’s okay. I’ll meet you where you are.

You can expect me to ask thoughtful questions, help you begin connecting the dots, and gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I balance compassion with honesty, so you’ll feel supported and encouraged to grow.

By the end of the first session, my goal is for you to feel heard, a little clearer than when you walked in, and confident that you’re not in this alone.
