I'm a neurodivergent therapist providing virtual therapy for adults in Colorado from all backgrounds with a special focus on depression, adult-identified ADHD, codependency, burnout, and religious trauma. My approach is caring and solution-focused; I advocate for your needs while still fostering your sense of personal responsibility.

I can help you identify and disrupt patterns that sustain depression so that you can get back the energy, focus, and motivation you need to improve executive functioning so you can do what's most important and meaningful in your life.
