Great to meet you!

Nicole is a motivating mental health professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in addiction, behavioral health, crisis stabilization and mental health supportive therapy. She earned a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2014, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic practices and client-centered care. She is dually licensed as an LPC and LAC in both Colorado and South Carolina. Nicole also has a special understanding in crisis work which opens a path for other like minded professionals in the field of First Responders and Public Safety Workers to have space of value and respect so commonly overlooked.

My approach to therapy

Life is a journey and everyone has their own story. Nicole is dedicated in walking side by side with clients as they navigate their mental health challenges and support them where the right empowerment may be lacking. From a short term solution focused technique or a deeper long term trauma focused therapy, Nicole is passionate about facilitating the meaningful change clients are seeking.

What you can expect from me

During an initial session with Nicole, she will start off by asking "Tell me about you". It will be a warm and welcoming environment where you can express yourself, story, needs, goals and expectations of therapy in a nonjudgemental space.
