Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted from sleepless nights, stuck in cycles of worry, or weighed down by past trauma. They’ve tried coping on their own but still feel anxious, disconnected, or burned out. I specialize in helping teens and adults break free from these patterns using proven tools like CBT and sleep-focused therapy. Together, we’ll work on getting more restful sleep, calming racing thoughts, building healthier relationships, and trusting in your own skills. My approach is compassionate and practical—I focus on what matters most to you so you can feel relief and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide tools, guidance, and support so you can create meaningful change. I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specialize in sleep health, anxiety, and trauma. Sessions often focus on identifying unhelpful patterns, practicing new skills, and building confidence step by step. I also place importance on creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel understood and supported as you work toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming space to share what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to get to know you, your goals, and what you’ve been struggling with—whether that’s anxiety, trauma, or sleep challenges. Together, we’ll start identifying what feels most important to you right now and create a plan that feels realistic and supportive. Many clients leave the first session feeling a sense of relief that they don’t have to figure things out alone, and with hope that change is possible.
