Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Dr. Nicole Xenos, a licensed counselor, counselor educator, researcher and supervisor. I have a background in Mindfulness Based counseling and believe in the power of relationship in supporting healing. I specialize in identity development and working with survivors of Narcissistic abuse and religious trauma.

My approach to therapy

As a Gestalt trained therapist I utilize the present moment to support clients in developing a mind-body connection. I believe therapy can be for everyone and invite client's inherent wisdom and cultural practices as resources for healing.

Using humanistic and liberation frameworks I acknowledge the impact of institution's and system's on individual well-being. I am passionate about culturally reflexive and inclusive care for all.

What you can expect from me

My first sessions are a space to get to know each other, explore your hopes and needs as you come into counseling and a way to see if we might be a good fit to work together.
