My approach to therapy

Every client & their needs & goals are unique. Therefore, this is an individually tailored & collaborative process & we will work at your pace, focusing on your priorities. First, we will discuss what prompted you to seek therapy and review your history & identify your goals for treatment. Together we will reflect on patterns, thought processes, potential blind spots, & connections to childhood. Periodically, we will reflect on the process of therapy & your progress toward your desired goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm welcome. In a first session, we will explore what brings you into therapy today and gather some background information. We will also discuss and clarify your goals for therapy.
