Great to meet you!

I work with both teens and adults across the life span. I work with people that have both mild to moderate symptoms as well as those that are having more significant struggles. I also work with family members of those who have significant struggles. If you are struggling with your gender/ sexual identity this is a safe space.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) models of treatment. I tend to take a skill building approach, so that those that I work with can understand their problems better and make fundamental changes in their lives. I am also able to work with and diagnose those with OCD and use ERP treatment.

What you can expect from me

Together we can explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors all intersect. I support people that I work with to create their unique goals and a unique path towards those goals, that is tailored to the individual person.

I like to create an environment free of judgement so that people can feel safe to open up about how they are really feeling or what's going on with them.
