Great to meet you!

I bring an integrative approach to psychotherapy and have experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. My practice is rooted in deep respect for each person’s unique story, and I specialize in helping clients navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges that can feel overwhelming or difficult to face alone.

I offer a grounded, nurturing presence and see therapy as a collaborative process. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends traditional clinical training with holistic modalities to support the whole person. Depending on each client’s needs, I may incorporate mindfulness, yoga, meditation, music, and body-centered practices into our work.

I believe healing happens on multiple levels, so I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to what feels most supportive, practical, and meaningful for them. Above all, I strive to help clients feel safe, connected, and engaged in their own process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a compassionate and collaborative space where they can work through challenges with honesty, care, and intention. In our sessions, I help clients build insight, reconnect with their inner strength, and develop tools to navigate life with greater clarity and resilience.

My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling more grounded, more balanced, and more hopeful, with a deeper sense of peace and trust in themselves.
