Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and emotional challenges that can feel hard to manage alone. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed or stuck internally. I also support clients in exploring cultural identity, family expectations, and the impact these experiences can have on emotional well-being. My goal is to offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you feel understood and can create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use tools from CBT, DBT, AEDP, and somatic work to help you manage daily challenges while also exploring deeper emotions and patterns. I also consider the role of culture, identity, and relationships in shaping your experiences. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, balancing insight with skills you can use in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your experiences, while giving you space to share at your own pace. We may start to notice patterns and identify a few goals to focus on. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, heard, and with a clearer sense of next steps.
