Great to meet you!

I believe that meaningful healing happens through connection. My goal is to create a compassionate, respectful, and supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring the experiences that have shaped you. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and recognize that every person brings unique strengths, values, relationships, and life experiences to therapy. I will meet you where you are and support you as you work toward greater understanding, healing, and growth. For clients who desire it, Christian faith and spirituality can also be incorporated into our work in a way that honors your individual beliefs and comfort level.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to the individual. I use evidence-based psychotherapy while considering the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Together, we can explore past and present experiences, better understand emotional and relational patterns, and develop healthier ways of connecting with yourself and others. I believe therapy should reflect your individual needs, goals, and values, and I strive to provide care that supports meaningful and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, important experiences, relationships, strengths, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions and share what feels important to you. There is no pressure to discuss everything at once. My goal is to begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship and work with you to identify goals and a path forward that feels comfortable and meaningful.
