Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Nidia! I've always had a strong desire to help others individually. Growing up, I became aware of my abilities to listen and have empathy towards others' challenges. Seeing my clients gain confidence or find peace makes my work incredibly rewarding.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps you manage problems by changing the way you think and behave. CBT helps identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and is commonly used to treat anxiety and depression. Based on your needs, I may include other practices.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and your background. I want you to feel safe, and if you are nervous or scared, I will help you feel comfortable. We will collaborate and work towards your goals with each session. We will take small steps if necessary.
