Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m offering a background of over 15 years’ experience and advanced formal education in social services, mental health counseling, individual & group counseling, client relations, case management, and crisis intervention. My formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the historical black college, WV State University; along with a Master of Science degree in Social Work from University of St. Francis.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I strive to create opportunities to increase hope, recognize possibilities, and build purpose, along with reducing stress and decreasing anxiety.
